On September 9, 2022, Padmashree College's sixth semester BIT students will host a cycling race on the occasion of Indra Jatra. The event is a component of the 3 Co-curriculum Credits (3CC) course, a mandatory component of the bachelor's degree at Padmashree College in collaboration with Nilai University.

Physical activity is a must for being healthy and fit. So the event takes the initiative to generate awareness about the benefits of being in shape. The organizing team supports a healthy, green city as well. The cycling event will be a breath of fresh air in the middle of the commotion and cacophonous atmosphere of the metropolis. The usefulness of cycle lanes in the metropolitan area, which has long been a demand of the populace, will be emphasized. The occasion will aid in fostering a riding culture among the populace. The cycling event's slogan is "Rolling into the wheels of freedom."
The event is sponsored by Judicial Research Advocacy and Litigation Center (JURAL). JURAL has been providing legal services in the area of commercial, civil and criminal law. Similarly, the event is in partnership with Juju Bikes
The meeting point of the cycling event is Bhaktapur Durbar Square and the route will then go to Changunarayan and the telkot. The event is not a competition by any means. It is rather a fun exploring event to promote the benefits of cycling as well as exploring the natural and cultural heritage sites.
